The assets attracted by the company are used to purchase objects included into the main assets that are further transferred to financial and operative leasing (rent with or without the rights of repayment). The objects of leasing are inconsumable and have extensive term of use, that is considerably longer than the term of leasing. A typical example of our leasing transaction can be car leasing for 36-48 months, while the term of their use is over 10 years.
